Plot
Henry Wilt, a disillusioned teacher, harbors dark fantasies about eliminating his overbearing wife, Eva. During a party, his humiliation escalates when he becomes trapped in an inflatable doll, leading to a comical yet embarrassing scene. In an attempt to dispose of the doll, he buries it at a construction site, unaware that someone has seen him. When Eva mysteriously vanishes the following night, the police, led by Inspector Flint, turn their scrutiny on Wilt, deepening the intrigue as they question whether his fantasies have crossed a dangerous line into reality.
