Plot

Steve Rogers, an artist, narrowly escapes death at the hands of spies after they seek his deceased father's classified information. During a critical surgery, he receives a secret serum that not only heals him but also endows him with superhuman strength and speed. Determined to uncover the truth behind his father's murder and exact justice, a government agency outfits him with a high-tech motorcycle and an unbreakable shield.
