Plot

Kyoko balances her life as a university librarian and assisting her parents with their drycleaning business. She finds comfort in a relationship with Kota, her childhood friend and an aspiring stand-up comedian. However, everything changes when a charismatic visiting lecturer from Tokyo captivates Kyoko’s heart, proposing a move to Beijing for his research. Torn between her familiar life and a thrilling new adventure, Kyoko faces a difficult choice that could alter her future forever.
