Plot
An Air Force dropout and his friend find themselves sharing an apartment with an attractive young woman. Struggling to make ends meet during the Great Depression, the duo faces mounting pressure to secure work. Their fortunes take a turn when they unwittingly become embroiled with organized crime, leading them down a dangerous path.
