Plot

In "All Dogs Go to Heaven," Charlie, a gambling dog who runs a casino, meets his demise at the hands of his rival, Carface. Arriving in Heaven, Charlie learns that he can return to the living if he outsmarts the system, despite the risk of eternal damnation. Once back, he reconnects with his buddy Itchy to plot revenge against Carface. Along the way, he encounters a young orphan girl with the ability to communicate with animals, helping him gain an edge in dog races for funding. However, Charlie grapples with the fear of facing judgment in the afterlife unless he redeems himself.
