Plot

Nicole, a disillusioned female attorney, feels suffocated by the patriarchal norms of provincial law. In a desperate bid for change, she embezzles funds from her firm and heads to Paris, adopting a male persona. Embracing her new identity, she engages in two lesbian relationships and even becomes a pimp for one of the women. Additionally, a fleeting romance with a man who shuns commitment deepens her sense of isolation. As Nicole navigates her tumultuous personal life, her loneliness triggers a descent into schizophrenia, painting a haunting portrait of struggle and despair in this psychological drama.
