Plot
In "Animal," Mike (Jean-Paul Belmondo) is a dedicated stuntman alongside his girlfriend Jane (Raquel Welch). On their wedding day, they are pressured by producers to perform a stunt for their film, leading to an accident when Mike's distraction causes a crash, resulting in their hospitalization. After recovering, Jane becomes distant, prompting Mike to secure her a role in a movie where he serves as a stunt double for a star who, despite his tough on-screen persona, is actually quite cowardly.
