Plot

Deputy Philippe Dubaye reaches out to his longtime friend Xavier Maréchal in the dead of night, revealing he has just killed Serrano, a dangerous racketeer with ties to the political elite. Serrano possessed evidence of Dubaye's corruption and threatened to expose him. Xavier, eager to help, agrees to assist in the cover-up, but soon faces mounting challenges. His alibi falters as various influential figures, including businessmen, intermediaries, and law enforcement, become embroiled in the chaos, all desperate to obtain the incriminating documents that could unravel their lives.
