Plot

While in Nagasaki, Tora-san and a friend come to the aid of an elderly woman who has taken a tumble. Grateful for their assistance, she welcomes them into her home for an evening filled with food and drinks. Tragically, her health declines, leading to her passing. During the funeral, Tora-san finds himself smitten with the woman's daughter. However, instead of pursuing her himself, he takes on the role of matchmaker, facilitating a romance between her and a charming young law student.
