Plot

As Christmas approaches, Bob the Builder and his team of animated construction vehicles gear up for a festive celebration. Excitement builds with the arrival of Bob's twin brother, Tom, who lives in the Arctic Circle. Meanwhile, Spud the Scarecrow is on a mission to behave in hopes of landing on the nice list. A thrilling Christmas concert featuring Lenny Lazenby and the Lasers, including Elton John, is also on the agenda.
