Plot
Nightclub proprietor Steve Larwitt finds his thriving business crumbling under tax evasion allegations and threats from adversaries. In a desperate bid for his safety, his wife Brenda testifies against him, influenced by her lawyer, Slant Kolma, who harbors feelings for her. Sentenced to a decade at Alcatraz, Steve's troubles continue as Brenda relocates closer to him, fending off the advances of Tim Nolan, an aircraft manufacturer unaware of her tumultuous history. As secrets intertwine, Brenda must navigate loyalty, love, and the consequences of her choices.
