Plot
Jonas Trapp, a humble man, finds love with the affluent Jessie, defying her elitist aunt's disapproval. To gain her aunt's favor, Jessie pretends to be pregnant, leading to their marriage. However, Jonas grows weary of depending on her family and abandons her to pursue a life as a buffalo hunter. Eleven years later, he returns wealthy, only to be ambushed by three ruthless criminals who rob and nearly kill him.
