Plot
P.J. Detweiler, a hesitant private investigator from New York City, takes on a bodyguard assignment for Maureen Preble, the secret lover of the unscrupulous tycoon William Orbison. Unbeknownst to P.J., Orbison has sinister plans involving him in a deadly scheme. As the tension unfolds, P.J. finds himself increasingly drawn to Maureen, complicating an already precarious situation. Balancing his growing feelings with the looming threat, P.J. must navigate a dangerous web of intrigue and deception that could put both their lives at risk.
