Plot

As a severe drought threatens the cattle industry, a canning factory owner schemes to purchase the last remaining cattle at rock-bottom prices. His malicious plan involves sabotaging the cattlemen's efforts to transport water by train and artificially induce rain through cloud seeding. To uncover the truth behind these underhanded tactics, Roy is dispatched by a packing house to investigate the situation. Facing off against corporate greed, he must navigate a tense landscape where survival depends on outsmarting those who seek to exploit desperation.
