Plot

Desdemona resides on a desolate island with her eccentric family, including her father Mario, stepmother Dulcinea, and her sister Paulova, who has a mental disability. Their isolation breeds loneliness, pushing Desdemona to seek distraction through beach walks and self-indulgence. She harbors inappropriate feelings for her father, attempting to seduce him. The monotonous life of the family shifts dramatically with the unexpected arrival of a rugged stranger by boat, introducing tension and chaos into their secluded existence.
