Plot

By 2007, rampant crime has rendered major cities like Los Angeles uninhabitable, transforming them into treacherous "Hell Zones" ruled by ruthless gangs. Once known as the "Zone of Personal Freedom," this LA district is now dominated by the villainous Drexal (Joseph Ruskin), who hosts brutal death matches in the infamous "Death Ring" for the entertainment of his depraved followers. Two courageous cops, Braniff (Chad McQueen) and Sledge (Gary Daniels), plunge into this chaotic battleground, risking everything to restore order and confront the darkness that has overtaken their city.
