Plot

Set against the backdrop of World War II, a courageous American soldier volunteers for a groundbreaking experiment that transforms him into the formidable supersoldier, Captain America. His mission leads him to Germany, where he aims to thwart the nefarious plans of the villainous Red Skull. However, during the conflict, Captain America is frozen in ice, only to awaken decades later in the 1990s. Now, he discovers that the Red Skull has assumed a new identity and is plotting to abduct the President, prompting Captain America to spring into action once more.
