Plot

Alexander Graham Bell, devoted to teaching the deaf, finds love with Mabel Hubbard, a spirited young woman who encourages him to focus on his groundbreaking inventions first. As he tirelessly works to create a device capable of transmitting the human voice, Mabel’s support remains unwavering, even as she asks him to delay their marriage. Once he successfully invents the telephone, fame and fortune follow, but their happiness is jeopardized when a competing company schemes to undermine his success.
