Plot

Sgt. O'Farrell, stationed on a South Pacific island during World War II, is determined to deliver two essentials to his fellow soldiers: women and beer. However, disaster strikes when the supply ship carrying the precious brew is sunk by a torpedo. To complicate matters, the group of nurses sent to assist includes six men and the less-than-conventional Nellie Krause. O'Farrell's mission intensifies as he seeks to salvage the lost beer shipment, hoping to boost morale amidst the chaos of war.
