Plot
Emily Pollifax, a widowed mother from New Jersey, decides to shake up her mundane life by volunteering for the CIA. Feeling like she has little to lose with her children grown, she becomes an unlikely recruit. Initially assigned to a straightforward courier mission in Mexico City, chaos ensues when the operation derails. Suddenly, she’s handcuffed to a charming stranger aboard a flight heading to an Albanian prison. With danger looming, it’s up to Mrs. Pollifax to devise a clever escape plan and prove that even the most ordinary people can be extraordinary heroes.
