Plot
In a dystopian future, society is governed by a strict totalitarian regime. THX 1138, a technician, leads a monotonous existence focused solely on his job and the government-mandated medications that suppress individuality and emotion. When he unexpectedly stops taking the drugs, he begins to experience genuine feelings and becomes enamored with a woman. Their connection blossoms into a clandestine romance, challenging the oppressive norms of their world and igniting a desire for freedom.
