Plot

Detective Joe Garvey investigates a chilling murder when a ballerina is killed mid-performance, seemingly without a struggle. At the crime scene, he encounters Tinsel, the victim's 14-year-old sister, who proves to be unhelpful. After planning to send her to an orphanage, Garvey's plans change when Tinsel becomes a target herself. Realizing her danger, he decides to protect her, plunging them both into a web of intrigue involving a clandestine organization that has its sights set on them.
