Plot
For four years, the brave team aboard the NSEA Protector—Commander Peter Quincy Taggart, Lieutenant Tawny Madison, and Doctor Lazarus—embarked on exhilarating and perilous space adventures... until their show was abruptly cancelled. Two decades later, extraterrestrial beings in distress mistake the Galaxy Quest broadcasts for real history and transport the former stars to help save their world. Lacking a script, guidance, or any idea of what to do, these out-of-practice actors must deliver the most extraordinary performances of their careers to confront a genuine cosmic crisis.
