Plot
In 1955 Montgomery, Alabama, a white woman, Clara, and her black friend, Sarah, find their lives intertwined amid the turmoil of the civil rights movement. As the bus boycott led by Martin Luther King gains momentum, both women grapple with their beliefs and the societal pressures surrounding them.
