Plot

While enjoying drinks with his friend, Monk Wuhua, Chu Liuxiang is confronted by Gong Nanyan from the Holy Water Palace. She charges him with stealing the palace's Heaven's One Holy Water and a string of murders. Nanyan offers Chu a month to prove his innocence, warning that if he fails, the palace's mistress will have him killed. Intrigued and determined to vindicate himself, Chu embarks on an investigation to uncover the truth and clear his name.
