Plot

Amid the chaos of World War II in Eastern Europe, a German soldier's lifeless body surfaces near a small village, triggering a harrowing crisis. Local officials face imminent execution by Nazis unless they can identify the murderer. With no leads, they turn to Ipu, the village's eccentric outcast, offering him a hero's burial if he falsely confesses and takes the blame.
