Plot
Loretta Castorini, a 37-year-old Italian-American widow, feels resigned to her fate in love, prompting her to accept the proposal of her boyfriend, Johnny, despite lacking true affection for him. However, everything changes when she meets his estranged younger brother, Ronny, whose fiery and emotional nature captivates her. Despite her attempts to stay loyal, Ronny, who harbors resentment towards Johnny for a past trauma, relentlessly pursues Loretta while Johnny is away.
