Plot

Seventeen decades ago, a sage monk designated Villains Valley as a refuge for the lawless, offering them sanctuary and a chance for redemption. However, the current Master of Eva Palace, a powerful figure in the martial arts realm, disregards these age-old laws and invades the valley, seeking the notorious Ten Untouchable Villains for justice. Unbeknownst to her, eight of these villains were once revered as the Ten Untouchable Heroes, wrongfully accused and betrayed by two of their own, known as the Twin Villains, who turned them into scapegoats.
