Plot
Set against the backdrop of the oil boom in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Cherokee Lansing seeks vengeance after her father is murdered by the Tanner Oil Company. With the assistance of oil expert Brad Brady and her childhood friend Jim Redbird, she embarks on a mission to establish her own wells. As oil flows and fortune follows, tensions rise; both men aim to safeguard the land while Cherokee becomes increasingly consumed by her desire for wealth and influence. What began as a quest for retribution spirals into an obsession that threatens to overshadow her original intentions.
