Plot

Facing eviction from their dilapidated farmhouse, Ma and Pa Kettle find hope when Pa wins a grand prize for inventing a catchy tobacco slogan. Their newfound wealth transforms their lives, granting them a fully automated modern home. However, envy brews in the form of Birdie Hicks, who accuses Pa of plagiarism regarding the slogan. As tensions rise, reporter Kim Parker steps in to clear Pa's name and ultimately finds love with Tom Kettle, solidifying the family's triumph over adversity and jealousy.
