Plot

In "Shrek Forever After," a discontented Shrek longs for his former life as a fierce ogre. Seeking to regain that feeling, he strikes a deal with the cunning Rumpelstiltskin. However, he is tricked and finds himself in a distorted reality of Far Far Away, where Rumpelstiltskin rules, ogres are persecuted, and Fiona is a stranger to him. Determined to fix this chaotic world and reunite with his beloved Fiona, Shrek embarks on a quest to reclaim both his identity and his happily ever after.
