I Pass for Human (2004)

Plot

After losing her boyfriend Dax to a heroin overdose, Jane spirals into addiction, seeking solace in the very drug that destroyed him. As she succumbs to her dependence, Jane realizes that she is being pursued by the vengeful spirits of deceased addicts, including Dax. She encounters Rick, a fellow victim haunted by his own tragic loss, the ghost of his girlfriend Azami, a particularly menacing presence. Following a harrowing night filled with supernatural torment, Jane returns home only to discover an unexpected and chilling presence in her bed.
