Plot
John Loder, a theater actor, sustains a head injury during the Blitz, leading to a troubling case of mistaken identity. Convinced that he has become the Brighton Strangler, the character he portrayed in a play, he spirals into a psychological nightmare. As his grip on reality weakens, Loder grapples with the blurred line between his performance and actual life, challenging the notions of sanity and guilt.
