Plot

When a beautiful Chinese woman seeks assistance from detective James Lee Wong in San Francisco, her plea is tragically cut short by a poisoned dart, leaving only the cryptic message "Captain J." Identified as Princess Lin Hwa, she was on a covert military assignment against Japanese aggression. As Mr. Wong delves deeper into the mystery, he encounters two captains sharing the initial J, both harboring their own secrets.
