Crossing The Border (2019)

Plot

A seven-year-old boy is sent to live with his grandfather, Li Fuchang, in the countryside. During their time together, Li discovers that an old friend, whose health is failing, is nearby. Determined to reconnect before it's too late, he embarks on a journey aboard his motorized tricycle, bringing his grandson along for the ride. Their adventure unfolds with heartfelt moments as they navigate the landscape, bridging generations and friendships while cherishing fleeting time together.
