Plot
Following Godzilla's last rampage, nations scramble to acquire his cells, igniting a miniature arms race. Fearing the monster’s resurgence, the Japanese government enlists geneticist Genshiro Shiragami to develop a bio-weapon known as ANEB (Anti-Nuclear Energy Bacteria) using these cells. However, Shiragami's research leads to an unexpected and dangerous mutation, resulting in the emergence of Biollante, a hybrid creature that poses a new threat. As tensions rise, the stage is set for an epic showdown between Godzilla and this formidable new adversary.
