Plot
Caroline, a waitress with a knack for choosing the wrong partners, finds herself in grave danger one night when thugs try to assault her. Adam, the enigmatic busboy from her diner, intervenes, leading to a burgeoning romance between them. However, not everyone in their Minnesota community supports their relationship.
