Plot

The fourth installment of the beloved Frankie and Annette beach party series sees a motorcycle gang, led by the notorious Eric Von Zipper, abduct singing sensation Sugar Kane, managed by the hapless Bullets. To create a buzz, Bullets recruits sky-diving surfers, Steve and Bonnie, from Big Drop for a daring publicity stunt. As the adventure unfolds, the familiar crew of beachgoers joins forces with a whimsical mermaid named Lorelei, blending music, mischief, and a touch of ocean magic in this vibrant seaside escapade.
