Plot
Chinese martial artist Huang Sheng travels to Korea to rescue his uncle, who has been kidnapped and forced into a concentration camp by the Japanese. Upon his arrival, he is horrified to see that the entire local population is living in fear. The oppressive regime led by Mode Nakana and Akijame Endo terrorizes the people, and even Tae Kwon Do master Sung Shin Shen and his students are unable to halt the rampant violence, including murder and rape. Determined to confront the brutal 'Rising Sun' gang, Huang gears up to liberate both his uncle and the suffering Koreans.
