Plot
Matthew, a young man grappling with schizophrenia, is thrust into the harsh realities of life on the streets after his apartment building is demolished by a slumlord. His situation worsens when he encounters Little Leroy, a menacing figure at the Fort Washington Shelter for Men. Desperate for guidance, Matthew turns to Jerry, a seasoned combat veteran who becomes a father figure to him. Together, they forge a bond as they navigate the overwhelming isolation that comes with homelessness, striving to find hope and connection in a challenging world.
