Episode Overview
Chris feels frustrated after being passed over for the lifeguard position in favor of Colin, who clearly can't swim but has the boss's favoritism. Lisa suggests that Colin should confide in Sarah about the inappropriate behavior from their boss. When Colin resigns, Chris finally gets the lifeguard role. Meanwhile, Bob is interviewed by sociology student Jackie when he receives a distressing call from a young mother threatening to harm herself and her baby after being evicted. With Jackie’s assistance, Bob and George manage to locate her just in time. As Bob walks Jackie home, their chemistry is undeniable. Elsewhere, Paul and Rhonda's dreams are crushed at an auction, leading them to contemplate whether relocating from the city might be their best option.
