Episode Overview
Upon Chase's return to Falcon Crest, Angela instructs Lance to complicate his homecoming. In a bid to weaken the Giobertis, Lance dismisses Chase's workers and sabotages one of the wine vats. Struggling to manage on their own, the Giobertis face disaster when a drainage lid dislodges, releasing a torrent of wine. After they manage to stop the flow, Chase collapses from sheer fatigue. Meanwhile, during Julia's trial, Philip suggests she undergo psychiatric evaluation, but Julia unexpectedly pleads guilty to all charges. The courtroom is taken aback, while Melissa smirks, knowing her manipulation has driven Julia to retaliate against Angela. Philip warns Angela that Julia may face the death penalty.
