Episode Overview
As dawn breaks, Melissa and Cole stand by the rescue base, awaiting the helicopters carrying the survivors from the plane crash. Angela steps off, delivering the tragic news of Philip Erikson's death, along with the co-pilot and Michael Ranson. Richard accuses the cartel of orchestrating the crash, while Chase argues it was an act of sabotage. Angela, enraged, vows to make Chase pay for his perceived role. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Angela supports Emma, while Cole keeps vigil over Linda, who is in critical condition. In a heartbreaking moment, Linda confesses her love for Cole just before she passes away in his arms. Though heartbroken, Terry discovers she has inherited a substantial sum from Michael Ranson's death. In Buenos Aires, cartel members gather, and Johann expresses frustration that the crash wasn't a complete success, unveiling their ultimate aim to retrieve a hidden treasure from the Third Reich buried within Falcon Crest territory.
