Episode Overview

A city inspector visits the clinic for which Syd has been fundraising, only to deliver the disappointing news that it will be closed down. Meanwhile, Robbie and Heather are preparing for their wedding, but Heather struggles to find the perfect dress. Syd faces challenges transporting her ill patient to the hospital due to blocked streets. Jim searches for Sam, the bloodhound, while Joanie, trapped after a window shatters, calls for help, only to discover that the phone lines are down. In Las Vegas, Robbie attempts to recover the $10,000 they lost with Heather.
