Struggling with misleading leads and no eyewitnesses, he relies heavily on physical evidence to track down the killer. Meanwhile, in Louisville, Detective Jon Lesher looks into the shooting death of a 43-year-old father, who was killed outside his home after asking a disruptive group of men to be quiet. The investigation hits a wall as an eyewitness clings to the neighborhood's code of silence, prompting Lesher to apply his seasoned interview skills to coax the truth out.
