Episode Overview
Hallam questions Nick about who informed him about the job, and Nick confesses it was Patti. Meanwhile, Scase, Blue Watch's old rival, shows up as the newly promoted District Officer. He asks for a drill and catches Billy with some personal items missing and Sicknote forgetting to sign Sally out. Although Nick knows Scase is looking to stir up trouble, he still reprimands Billy and Sicknote, emphasizing the importance of following protocols. Sally takes on the role of stand-by driver at Rotherhithe, where she bonds with the firefighters, but the female Sub Officer harshly accuses her of joining the brigade for male attention. Blue Watch is then called to a major accident involving a severely injured pregnant woman, and Pearce ends up assisting her in delivering the baby while still trapped in the car.
