Episode Overview
Tim and Freddie Carson, Mr. Burns' nephew, are competing for a promotion to journeyman reporter at the newspaper. Learning that Mr. Burns is a food enthusiast, Martin decides to prepare a unique meal for him, using some special Martian condiments. However, the combination of Martian and Earth ingredients causes Mr. Burns to move in slow motion. Martin has an antidote, but it inadvertently speeds Mr. Burns up instead. Meanwhile, as Freddie arrives to take Mr. Burns to the airport for a meeting with a newspaper executive, Tim and Martin hide the incapacitated Mr. Burns in the bedroom. Unbeknownst to them, Freddie makes a clumsy mistake while trying to impress his uncle, inadvertently sabotaging his own chances for the promotion.
