Episode Overview
Captain William Clark senses that something sinister is unfolding aboard the Meridian space station. In a shocking turn of events, three crew members—Commander Richard Gordon, Dr. Thomas Somerset, and Commander Lara Nabakov—fall prey to haunting illusions of loved ones and foes, crafted by an unknown entity that taps into their minds to manifest their deepest fears and desires. Concerned for his safety and that of the only remaining crew member, Dr. Helene Dufour, Clark escapes in a pod. Once on Earth, he finds himself disbelieved and accused of the murders, suffering from space psychosis. Desperate, he seeks help from his ex-wife, Robyn Dysart, who introduces doubt by pointing to Soroxin, a chemical involved in Somerset and Dufour’s research, as a potential cause.
