J.D. and Turk unexpectedly find themselves in the spotlight as they rescue a cameraman during a live broadcast en route to a strip club. However, Turk soon finds himself at the center of a new promotional initiative from Dr. Kelso, who aims to capitalize on the hospital's varied representation. At the same time, J.D. frets over his upcoming performance review. Meanwhile, Elliot is excited about a night out with Carla, but at the last moment, Carla cancels, leading Elliot to encounter her later at a bar.
