Episode Overview

While fetching Bubba for breakfast, Mama stumbles upon Frannie's diary and discovers a note advising her to contact Larwin P. Finstadler, the executor of Fran's will. When Mr. Finstadler arrives, he reveals that Fran's estate is valued at $35,000, with 10% designated for the "Ray of Hope Home for Wayward Girls." The remaining $31,500 is to be divided equally among Mama, Vint, and Naomi, but there's a catch: Mama must refrain from losing her temper for two weeks, relying solely on her honor. To help her succeed, Vint and Naomi go above and beyond to keep Mama calm, even bribing Bubba with $10 to complete his homework while they tackle the housework. As they bicker amongst themselves, Mama enjoys a much-needed break.
